The Phoenix Arizona Temple is the 144th temple of the LDS Church. Ronald A. Rasband, of the Presidency of the Seventy, presided at a small groundbreaking ceremony held on June 4, 2011. A public open house was held from October 10 to November 1, 2014. The temple was formally dedicated on November 16, 2014 by Thomas S. Monson.
